Hook Plates Installed Securely (12x) *

Mounting Channels Installed Securely (6x) with Speed Nuts (30x) and Screws (30x) *

Polyethylene Rod (1x) Installed Securely with Lock Nuts (2x) *

Verify Speed Nuts (4x) are Installed on Side Panel (2x) *

Verify 3" Locknut is Installed Securely on LEFT Side Panel *

Make Sure LEFT Side Panel is Installed into Spring Bracket and Retaining Hooks *

Verify LEFT Side Panel is Secured with Screws (2x) and Caution Label in Present *
