7. Cam latch assy - Verify rear and front cam latch orientation correct. (100% / Visual) *

8. Mounting channel assy - Verify all nut retainers and cage nuts (M6) present per WI (100% / Visual) *

9. Pem Cage Assembly - Check spacing between chassis guides. Check top, middle and bottom. (100% / Gage: 9-02631) *

10. Black Bracket assy - Verify black bracket installed 2x before louver panel installed. (100% / Visual) *

11. Door Assembly - Verify door assembly front and back. Record gap readings on sheet. (100% / Shim Gage) *

12. Door Closure - Verify front and back door closes properly. (100% / Visual) *

13. Mounting channel assy - Verify location of mounting channel with fixture. WI page 38 (100% / Gage: 9-02571 *

14. Hardware paint free - Verify hardware free of paint. (100% / Visual / Gage) *

15. Door Panel - Verify loose or missing Stand Off's (100% / Visual) *

16. Door Function - Verify door opening square and not binding when closing. (100% / Visual / Gage: 9-02601) *

17. Door Switch - Verify door switch function on front and rear door using multimeter gage and door switch. (100% / Multimeter gage) *
